Rev. Marcellous T. Dunbar, II was born in Shreveport, Louisiana. He is a father of three children and a grandfather of eight grandchildren. Dunbar proudly served in the Navy for eight years before earning his Master's in Business Administration from Norfolk State University and Doctorate from Howard University.

Dunbar owns several businesses, including a wellness spa with locations in Dallas and Frisco, Texas, a logistics warehouse, a restaurant and lounge in Dallas and Addison, Texas, and Asgard Builders which he started in 2015. In 2021, Dunbar accepted a position as Executive Pastor at Eden Worship Center in Duncanville, Texas. 

 

Dunbar was licensed to preach in September 2009 and served as interim pastor at Fishers of Men World Harvest Church in Brunswick, Georgia and Harmony Missionary Baptist Church in Jacksonville, Florida. Dunbar currently serves as the Senior Pastor of Freedom Point Community Church.
